ICE CREAM CARAMEL ROLLS

Posted by Lori~

Yes, I am still “live at the lake” and LOVING IT!  Another breakfast FAVE is my sister Lisa’s caramel rolls.  We have had these rolls for at least eight of the ten years we have been doing the annual family trip to the lake.  AND THESE ROLLS ARE DELICIOUS!

Supplies needed:

½ cup sugar

½ cup brown sugar

6 Tbsp. butter/margarine

¾ cup vanilla ice cream

1 package of frozen cinnamon rolls (in the freezer section—do not do the tube rolls)
Cinnamon rolls, brown sugar, sugar, ice cream, and butter (not pictured)
Instructions:

Mix all ingredients together (sugar, brown sugar, butter, and vanilla ice cream).

Melting the butter ahead of time speeds up the process...also, consider popping into the microwave!
Pour into a 9 x 13 inch ungreased pan.

Place frozen cinnamon rolls on top (spaced evenly).

Cover with a hand towel and let rise over night.

All puffed up and ready to bake
Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes (or until golden brown and cooked thoroughly.
Golden round and ready to flip
Flip rolls onto a cookie sheet or tin foil.

Serve.
Crafty G-Ma with her caramel roll! YUMMMMMMYYYY!
DELICIOUS!  SIMPLE!  TOTALLY WOM-WORTHY!
