Ethne and I are celebrating all things LOVE (aka 10 days of WUV). One way to celebrate is with home-made cupcakes (OR REALLY ANYTHING CHOCOLATE)! Your sweetie will WUV YOU!
Yesterday, I was on Pinterest and I came across a pin for Nutella cupcake brownies and I HAD TO MAKE THEM. The best part was that they were made with three ingredients (which were already in my cupboard):
Yesterday, I was on Pinterest and I came across a pin for Nutella cupcake brownies and I HAD TO MAKE THEM. The best part was that they were made with three ingredients (which were already in my cupboard):
1 cup Nutella (basically one full jar (with a little
remaining))
2 eggs
10 Tablespoons flour
Mix the ingredients and pour the batter into a pan or
into cupcakes (I opted to use lined cupcakes).
Bake at 350 degrees for up to 30 minutes (until cooked all the way
through in the middle). I baked them for
25 minutes.
Next up, I opted to make frosting (making them four
ingredients). I came up with this recipe: mix Cool Whip with a few scoops of Nutella
and mix it up. Frost your cupcakes.
Super yummy and they even look a little fancy! I love four ingredient or less cooking! PERFECTION!
