Steve and I were New Year’s Eve plan-less! And so, we decided to make a plan and thus
throw a PARTY! This party was wild
complete with “P and A” (for those of you around 30ish years old) and of course
a laundry-shoot beer bong! That’s right…it
was wild. And Mur-Man was at Grandma’s. So, why not celebrate? First up, was individual 7-layer dip. IT WAS AWESOME...however, if I did it again, I would actually make the cups smaller. Very simple: mix taco seasoning with the refried beans and then layer: beans, sour cream, guacamole, salsa, cheese, tomatoes, green onions, and olives (optional). I found the recipe here.
I promise to share photos of the beer bong home-made contraption later. But until then…here is a look at some of the food I cooked up. I MUST SAY, IT WAS DELICIOUS! QUITE THE SPREAD!
