HUNK OF MEAT MONDAY: PICKLE DIP!

You may have gotten a sneak peak here, where I whipped up this dip for my New Year’s Eve Blow-Out!  But with the Golden Globes I had to do it again.  Can I say, best Golden Globes EVER?!?  They need to hire Tina and Amy EVERY YEAR!  HILARIOUS! (And give them more camera time)!

I am huge fan of the pickle wrapped in cream cheese and dried beef (or ham).  Probably a ND thing!  Kind of an old-school appetizer, but now in a dip form?  That’s right!  DELICIOUS!

Not only that, but Ethne’s Ham Dip is still our most popular post to date with the MOST WOM-MOM PINS ON PINTEREST.  And if you read that post, you sort of already heard about this dip.  But I am showing it in action...so, here it goes!


Simply mix up 16 oz. of sour cream, one package of cream cheese, one jar of chopped up pickles, one package of dried beef (or ham), and green onions (optional).





Super easy!  Serve with crackers or chips.
