We bought a
juicer…that’s right! AND….WE LOVE
IT!
Steve has
made broccoli juice. I hate
broccoli (unless of course it is smothered in cheese), but broccoli juice is
delicious!
When you
juice the pulp, fiber, garbage, junk goes into a junk bucket. And Steve and I thought we could put
that “junk” to good-use.
We make
homemade bread in the “admiral” and simply throw in some frozen juice junk.

It’s
delicious---and adds a TON of fiber to the diet.
