MICROWAVE BACON!

My girlfriend and WOM-MOM follower Laura recently whipped me up some bacon on a microwave bacon pan.  Seriously, it was delicious, crispy, cooked perfectly, little mess, and perfection. 

I NEEDED ONE STAT!  She bought it for me.  

This is an example of a microwave bacon tray--I believe this one is Nordic Ware brand!

Laura picked up my pan at Target, but I have seen them at Wal-Mart and other kitchen supply stores.  The pan is under $10.00!

And the steps are SUPER EASY.  
 

Place the strips of bacon on the pan (you can typically make 4 to 5/batch)

Cover with a paper towel.

Microwave for 3-4 minutes (or until done).

Serve (usually on a paper towel to catch grease)!  DELICIOUS!

For me, one of the best parts of the pan is that literally I cannot burn the bacon!  Typically, I ALWAYS BURN BACON!
