We are busy celebrating the advent (25 days before Christmas) in multiple ways. First up, Mur-man is busy opening a book a day. They are all Christmas themed, and this project cost me NOTHING. I crashed Mur-man's book stash (he had over 25 winter, Christmas themed books). Honestly, he doesn't even know they were his...it's like a new gift a day! Here's a tutorial on this easy idea!
Next up is our Hallmark radio ornament. Each day we listen in to get an update on the North Pole and the naughty or nice list! I purchased this after Christmas last year for 50% off!
And, finally we open the old-school advent chocolate calendar that I found at Hobby Lobby.
Mur-Man is loving this entire getting ready for Christmas thing: a little bit of chocolate, a little bit of music, and a book! It doesn't get much better than that!
