MOUTHWATERING MONDAY: EASY EGG BAKE

Posted by Lori~

A week at the lake means lots of planning, especially food.  One of my favorite go-to meals for breakfast is egg bake.

My friend and former co-worker Carol always served a FABULOUS egg bake.  I LOVED IT AND ASKED FOR THE RECIPE!  And the best thing is that it is super easy and requires very sew supplies (this recipe meets the five ingredients or less recipe).  And it tastes great.

Egg Bake ingredients:

2 cups shredded cheese (I typically use cheddar)

8 eggs

1 can carnation evaporated milk (I have used generic and it works too)

2 tbsp. floor

Salt and pepper

Toppings (choose from ham, cheese, sausage, bacon, onion, green chilies, or anything else you prefer)

Egg Bake instructions:

Grease pan.  Put in pan cheese and toppings.
I opted for sausage and cheese (and also onion in the other pan)
In a blender or food processor (this does work the best), mix the eggs, evaporated milk, flour, and salt/pepper.  Pour into the pan over the ingredients.  Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

This is definitely a lake cabin hit!  But it’s also a hit for a quick dinner or for company!  WOMS—ITS GREAT!  MAKE IT!
